HR0307 Series A HY-RAIL® Guide Wheel Equipment

Harsco Rail's HR0307 Series A HY-RAIL® Guide Wheel unit is used to adapt light duty trucks and SUV's, meeting Harsco Rail's recommended vehicle specifications, for railway applications requiring travel on the highway and on the rail.

The HR0307 Series A guide wheel unit is installed on both the front and rear of light duty trucks and SUV's. These units attach with the use of special mounting brackets and spacers. Each guide wheel unit is fully adjustable for clearances and for rail tracking.

The HR0307 Series A guide wheel unit is light weight in design. This is accomplished through the use of aluminum parts and steel casting.

The HR0307 Series A guide wheel unit is manually actuated by the operator. This eliminates the need for hydraulic and electrical systems. This helps create the light weight design feature of this guide wheel unit. Also, upfitting times are faster since hydraulic and electrical systems do not have to be installed.

The HR0307 Series A guide wheel unit has factory sealed wheel bearings. These bearings provide extended durability and eliminate the need for regular re-packing.

The HR0307 Series A guide wheel unit has proven to be a reliable and easily maintainable HY-RAIL® attachment. It is light weight, simple to operate and cost efficient to maintain. It will provide years of dependable service for the HY-RAIL® customer.
